As one of the original “real estate flippers,” starting at the age of 3, I was introduced to the rigors of moving. I went to 5 different schools in the 3^rd grade! Even as a child, I recognized the stress involved in any move – short or long.

As an adult, I realized that change was certain. This meant my life coordinating the moving process wasn’t over. The often was the need to declutter before the move and make all the necessary arrangements to close one household and set up another one. Sometimes the moves weren’t very far, but whether short or long, the process is still a process!

In 2002, I moved to St Petersburg, Florida and became a full-time residential real estate agent. During my 20+ year career here, I have helped hundreds of clients find a home, get through the closing, and assist in their moving efforts. I have worked with many seniors who were overwhelmed by the entire process. Many times, they leaned on my experience and expertise for their transition or hired me to manage the move.

Now that I’m a senior, I realize I can help other seniors with my skills and talents.  I have the support services I need to provide a smooth experience for my clients. My skills include the ability to advise or assist with the real estate sales/purchase, organize the new space, help with donations, coordinate the physical moving process, engage handymen to help prepare the new home (if needed), and more. Many times, family members can’t assist their senior family members, and I coordinate with them in the process as well.
